Height of the tinfoil = Height of the cylinder = 16cm
Radius of cylinder can be found out by finding the cirmuference of the circle formed by rolling the tin foil of the cylinder. Hence,
Circumference of the circle = length of the base of the cylinder
(i.e)
2x22/7xr = 22cm
r=22x7/2x22
r=7/2cm
Volume of cylinder = 22/7 x r^2 x h
= 22/7 x 7/2 x 7/2 x 16
=616cm^2
