Draw a line between the BC

Now consider the ΔABC the two side AB=AC so it is a iso-scale triangle

therefore, ∠ABC and ∠ACB are equal.

therefore, ∠DBC=∠ECB

Now in ΔBCD and ΔBCE

BC is common side

BD=CE (proven)

∠DBC=∠ECB

As per the side-side-angle formula

\Delta{BCD}\cong\Delta{BCE}

Therefore it is proved

DE=BE
