Heya User,

--> The tricky part is the observation that....

------> " If uh bring BC closer to AD such that B fits at A and C is somewhere on CD, then, the angle wont find a difference, and all we've got left is to apply Pytha Bhai kaa theorem -> PYTHAGORAS THEOREM

Ummmm,

---> BD is 25cm and AB is 7cm... so, an application of Pythagoras theorem on right angled ΔABD gives uh AD = 24cm

Further, if uh can do what I asked uh to .... or else, just draw BM || AD,

Then, in right angled ΔCBM :->

--> BC² = BM² + CM²

=_= Don't uh forget tht BM||AD and AB || CD => BM = AD and also,

--> CM = CD - AB = 17 - 7 = 10cm

Finally, back on our eqn. BC² = 10² + 24² = 26²

Hence. BC = 26 cm
