We know that,

the sum of the opposite angles of cyclic quadrilateral is supplementary, means 180°.

so, angleA + angleC = 180°

4y+20-4x=180

4y-4x=160......(I)

angleB + angleD = 180°

3y-5-7x+5=180°

3y-7x=180.......(ii)

Multiply eqn(I) by 3 and eqn(ii) by 4

we get,

12y-12x=480

12y-28x=720

By elimination method,

16x=-240

x=-15

now put the value of x in eqn (I)

4y-4(-15)=160

4y+60=160

4y=100

y=25
