  • \rm\green{Above\:figure\:is\:a\:parallelogram}
  • \rm\color{green}{Angle1=(3x-50°)}
  • \rm\color{darkgreen}{Angle2=(x+40°)}

\rm\purple{→The\:value\:of\:x}

\huge{\underline{\underline{Answer→}}}

\dashrightarrow As the above figure is a parallelogram, so the measure of its opposite angles will be equal.

\sf\blue{→Angle1=Angle2}

\sf\blue{→∠DAB=∠DCB}

\sf\blue{→(3x-50°)=(x+40°)}

\sf\blue{→3x-x=40°+50°}

\sf\blue{→2x=90°}

\sf\blue{→x=\dfrac{90°}{2}}

\sf\blue{→x=\dfrac{\red{\cancel{\blue{90°}}}}{\red{\cancel{\blue{2}}}}}

\sf\blue{→x=45°}

\sf{\boxed{\boxed{\pink{→x=45°✔}}}}

Hence the value of x is 45° which is the required answer.

HOPE IT HELPS.

Step-by-step explanation:

x+40°=180°. (supplementary) angles .......(i)

3x-50°=180°.(supplementary) angles .......(ii)

from(i) & (ii) we get

=> x+40°+3x+50°=180°

=>4x-10=180°

=>4x=190°

=> x=190÷4

=>x=47.5

Hence the value of x is 47.5
