in the given figure ABCD is a quadrilateral in which angle D equal to 90 degree .circles C(O,R) and touches the side AB ,BC CD and DA at P Q R and S respectively if BC equal to 38 centimetre and CD equal to 25 centimetres and BP equal to 27 centimetre then find the value of R

given BP=27cm
BC=38cm
CD=25cm

QB=BP=27cm(tangents from same point)
CQ=38-27=11cm

RC=CQ=11cm(tangents from same point)

Let O be the center of the circle

angle ORD=90 degree(angle between tangent and radius = 90 degree)

same with angle DSO thus all angles in the quadilateral DROS = 90 degree

thus all sides of the quadilateral is the same

DR = 25-11 = 14cm

thus radius of circle = 14cm

hope the answer helped you

pls mark brainliets :-)
