Given rectangle ABCD, whose diagonals

bisect at O.

OB = 2x+3 & OD = 3x+1

To find value of x.

Proof

We know that the diagonals of a rectangle bisect each other.

OB = OD

2x+3 = 3x+1

3x-2x = 3-1

x = 2
