In the given figure, ABCD is a rectangle with length (p²q-5) and breadth (q² + 4p).
Find the area of shaded triangle PAB.​

The rectangle and the triangle are on the same base (or equal bases) and between the same parallels and hence have equal area.

Area of triangle = (p^2q - 5)(q^2 + 4p)

= p^2q^3 + 4p^2q - 5q^2 - 20p
