In the given figure AC is parallel to GD , AE is parallel to BF. Find the values of x,y,z

Can someone please explain this answer, i wasn’t able to understand the steps.

Step-by-step explanation:

x and 115 will be add up-to 180

because they are same side of transversal line

so x+115=180

x= 180-115

x=65

and x, y, 85 are add up-to 180 because it's a straight angles

x+y+85=180

65+85+y=180

y= 180-150

y=30

and y and z are add up-to 180 so z=180-y

z=180-30=150
