and ABC is equal to 54°
then, ACB= BAC+BCA+ABC= 180°
62+54+BCA=180°
so, BCA= 180°-116°=64°
now, given BO and CO are bisector of angle B and C
so in triangle OBC
54/2=27,
64/2=32
27+32+BOC= 180°
BOC=180-59=121°
angle OCB=64°
and angle OCB= 121°
