It is given that AOB is a straight line and ray OC stands on it

So, angle AOC + BOC = 1800(by linear pair property)

2x - 10 +3x + 20 = 1800

5x +10 = 1800

5x = (180-10)0

5x = 1700

x = 170/5

x = 340

Ans: Angle AOC= (2x -10) = (2*34 -10) = 68-10 = 580

Angle BOC = (3x + 20) (3*34 + 20) = 102+20 = 1220
