Given : angle 1 = angle 2 and top angle is 58 degree.

To find:  the measurement of angle 3 and angle 4 ?

Solution:

  • Now we have given angle 1 = angle 2 so:
  • According to the angle sum property of triangle, we have:

                  58 + angle 1 + angle 2 = 180

                  2( angle 1) = 180 - 58

                  angle 1 = 122/2

                  angle 1 = 61 = angle 2

                  angle 3 = angle 4 and angle 1 = angle 2.

  • Now angle 1 + angle 3 = 180  .........(linear pair)

                  angle 3 = 180 - 61

                  angle 3 = 119 = angle 4

Answer:

            So the angles are angle 3 = 119 = angle 4.

Answer:

Given angle 1 = angle 2 and top angle is 58°.

To find the measurement of angle 3 and 4

so according to the angle sum property

150°+angle 1+angle 2=180°

2(angle 1)=180° - 58°

angle 1=122°/2

angle 1= 62°= angle 2

angle 1= angle 2 and angle 3 = angle 4

Now angle 1 + angle 3 = 180° (linear pair)

angle 3 = 180° - 61°

angle 3 = 119°= angle 4.
