we know that,

Alternate interior angles are equal to one another.

therefore, 60° = x

angle PQR + x + y = 180° (angle sum property)

90°+ 60°+ y = 180°

150° + y = 180°

y =180° - 150°

y =30°

x=60°

y=30°
