.in the given figure .Aob is a straight line and the ray oc stand on it . if angle AOC = ( 2x-10°) and angle BOC =(3x + 20°). find the value of x .Also find angle Aoc and angle BOC.​

Solution :-

Angle AOC+Angle BOC=180°(Linear pair)

(2x-10)°+(3x+20)°=180° (Linear pair)

(2x+3x)°+(20-10)°=180°(Linear pair)

(5x-10)°=180°(Linear pair)

5x°= 180°+10°

5x°= 190°

x=190°/5

x=38°

Angle AOC= (2x-10)°

= (2*38-10)°

= (76-10)°

= 66°

Angle BOC= (3x+10)°

= (3*38+10)°

= (114+10)°

= 124°

Angle AOC=66°

Angle BOC=124°
