In the given figure , AOB is a straight line and the ray OC stands on it . If AOC={2x - 10} and BOC={3x+20] , find the value of x . Also find AOC and Boc

Answer:

AOC+BOC=180

2x-10+3x+20=180

5x+10=180

5x=180-10

5x=170

x=170/5

x=34

AOC=2x-10

AOC=2*34-10

AOC=58

BOC=180-58

BOC=122
