 in ΔOCD

 OC = OD = Radius

∠OCD = ∠ODC

∠COD = 92°

Sum of angles of triangle = 180°

∠OCD +∠ODC + ∠COD = 180°

=> 2∠OCD + 92° = 180°

=> 2∠OCD  = 88°

=> ∠OCD = 44°  

∠DCA = ∠DBA  ( Angle by same chord AD in same arc segment)

=> ∠DCA =   65°

∠DCA = ∠ACO + ∠OCD

=>  65° = y + 44°

=>  y = 21°
