so , 2x + 4 = 8

→ 2x = 8 - 4

→ 2x = 4

→ x = 4/2

= 2

And,

3x = p

→ 3×2 = p

→ p = 6 cm

We know that in rhombus all sides are equal.

So , EF = 10 cm

Therefore, EF = FA = AM = ME = 10 cm

FA = 10 cm

Hence, y = 10 cm
