WE KNOW THAT

FIGURE ABCD IS A QUADRILATERAL

SO BY THE ANGLE SUM PROPERTY OF QUADRILATERAL


WE KNOW THAT

ANGLE ( A + B + C + D ) = 360°

SO HERE

ANGLE A = 60°

ANGLE B = 50 °

ANGLE C = 80°

ANGLE D = D ( AS UNKNOWN )

NOW BY USING ANGLE SUM PROPERTY WE HAVE

A + B + C + D = 360°

NOW PUTTING VALUES OF A , B,C,D WE HAVE

60° + 50° + 80° + D = 360 °

190° + D = 360°

D = 360° - 190 °

D = 170

NOW WE KNOW THAT IN A POINT THE SUM OF ALL ANGLE ADDS UP TO 360°

SO BY THIS WE HAVE

ANGLE

D + X = 360 °

PUTTING VALUE OF D AS 170

GIVEN

∠A = 60°

∠B = 50°

∠C = 80°

∠CDA = x

TO FIND

The value of x

SOLUTION

We can simply solve the above problem as follows;

We know that,

ABCD is a quadrilateral.

Therefore,

∠A + ∠B + ∠C + ∠D = 360° (Sum of interior angle of a quadrilateral)

60 + 50 + 80 + ∠D = 360

190 + ∠D = 360

∠D = 360-190

∠D = 170°

Now,

∠D + ∠x = 360° (Complete angle)

170 + x = 360

x = 360-170

x = 190°

Hence, The answer is 190°
