AD/BD = AE/EC
or, (4x-3)/(3x-1)=(8x-7)/(5x-3) [ putting the values ]
or, (4x-3)(5x-3)=(8x-7)(3x-1)
or, 20x^2-12x-15x+9 = 24x^2-8x-21x+21
or, 20x^2 -27x +9 = 24x^2-29x+7
or, 20x^2 -24x^2 -27x +29x = 7 -9
or, -4x^2 +2x = -2
or, -2 = -4x^2 + 2x
or, 4x^2 - 2x -2 =0
or, 4x^2-4x+2x-2=0
or, 4x(x-1)+2(x-1)=0
or, (4x+2)(x-1)=0
or, 2(2x+1)(x-1)=0
or, (2x+1)(x-1)=0
Therefore,
Either,2x+1 =0 or x-1 =0
