then,

6y= 6*20

=120

2y= 2*20

= 40

Given :-

  • Straight angle = 180°

To find :-

  • Value of y.
  • & Value of & 2y & 6y

{ \mathtt{ \color{green} \: As \:  \:  we \:  \:  know  \:  \: that  \:  \: sum  \:  \: of  \:  \: } } \\ \mathtt{ \color{green}   linear  \:  \: pair  \:  \: on  \:  \: straight }  \\  \: \mathtt{ \color{green}  \: angle \:  \:  is \:  \:  180°.}</p><p>

 \mathtt{ \therefore \: 6y° + y + 2y = 180°}

 \therefore \:   9y = 180°

 \implies \: y =  \frac{180}{9}

 \boxed{ \color{purple}{ \implies \: y = 20 \degree}}

Value of 6y & 2y & y is :-

\boxed{ \color{blue}{ \implies \: 6y =6 \times  20 \degree ={ \color{green}{ \boxed{120 \degree }}}}}

\boxed{ \color{blue}{ \implies \: 2y =2 \times  20 \degree ={ \color{green}{ \boxed{40 \degree }}}}}

\boxed{ \color{blue}{ \implies y ={ \color{green}{ \boxed{20 \degree }}}}}
