AB=AC, hence, ∠ABC=∠BCA

Given, ∠BAC=40

∠ABC+∠BCA+∠BAC=180

∠ABC=∠BCA=

therefore, ∠BCA=70  

 

Now, ∠ACD+∠ACB=180

∠ACD=110

In ΔACD,

∠ACD+∠DAC+∠ADC=180

∠DAC+∠ADC=70
