Ok first divide the figure i.e. draw a line OX joining O and the point R (where ∠x is made)    (assumed)

=>  ∠PRX = ∠P + ∠POR    (external angle is equal to sum of internal opposite angles)

=>  ∠PRX = B/2 + 2   -----   (i)

=>  ∠QRX = ∠Q + ∠QOR

=>  ∠QRX = 8 + B/2         ----      (ii)

Now, ∠x = ∠PRX + ∠QRX

=>  x = B/2 + 2 + 8 + B/2

=>  x = B + 10°
