In the magnetic field line we can clearly see that at point P the field lines are moving out of the bar and at Q the field lines are moving in.
when in a bar field line moves in the it is North Pole.
when in a bar field line moves out the it is South Pole.
hence, Point P is North Pole
Point Q is South Pole.
