as per theory that "if two parallelogram has a same base then the area of both the parallelogram will be same".

And here the parallelogram ABCD and ABEF has same base AB

Therefore,
Area of ABCD = Area of ABEF

As given that Area of ABCD=29 cm^2

So Area of ABEF = 29 cm^2

Now,

Area of parallelogram ABEF = base*height

here, base=AB=5.8cm

29 = 5.8 * height

height = 29/5.8

height = 5 cm

Answer:- Height = 5 cm
