In the given figure.
if x-y =80°,then find x and y.​

Here , X Y are linear pair of angle

means they lie on same line

so, X+Y = 180

but given, X-Y = 80

adding the eq.

we get , 2X = 260

X = 130 (ans)

putting the value of X in the eq. X-Y= 80

we get Y = 50 (ans)
