HEY MATE YOUR ANSWER IS HERE.....

GIVEN :-

DE || BC

AD = 3 cm

DB = 4 cm

DE = 2 cm

TO FIND :-

LEGTH OF BC OR VALUE OF X

PROOF :-

★ IN TRIANGLE ABC AND ADE ★

DE || BC ( GIVEN )

SO ANGLE ABC = ANGLE ADE ( ALTERNETIVE INTERIOR ANGLES)

AND ANGLE DAE = ANGLE DAE ( COMMON)

SO ,

TRIANGLE ADE similar ABC ( BY AA SIMILARITY)

THEREFORE ,

 \frac{ad}{ab }  =  \frac{de}{bc}

NOW AB = AD + DB = 3 + 4 = 7cm

SO ,

 \frac{3}{7}  =  \frac{2}{ {x} }  \\  \\ 3x = 14 \\  \\ x =  \frac{14}{3}

HENCE VALUE OF X = 4.66 cm ..
