In the given figure-- join oa and ob
. Then ; in triangle oab ab = oa ( radii of a circle) so angle oab = angle oba ... because it isosceles triangle

Heya..
Here's ur required answer....
_______________________
A chord AB is drawn and the points A and B are connected to centre O.
Now,
draw a perpendicular to the Centre 0 from the middle of the chord AB at point D
Now,
In traingle OAD and OBD,
OA = OB [since radius of circle]
Angle AOD = Angle BOD
Angle ODA = Angle ODB [ since right angle.]
So.. Triangle AOD ≈ Traingle BOD.
So, angle OAD = angle OBD.
Since angle OAD = angle OAB and angle OBD= angle OBA.
So..
We can say, angle OAB=angle OBA._[Proved]
