Solution :-

from image we get,

→ Perimeter of figure = 35 cm + radius + (35 - radius) + length of two arcs who make 90° angle at centre + radius + 2 * radius + 2 * radius + radius .

now, we know that,

• Radius = Diameter / 2 .
• Length of arc = (angle at centre/360°) * 2 * π * radius .

so,

• Radius of circle = 14/2 = 7 cm.

putting all values we get,

→ Perimeter of figure = 35 + 7 + (35 - 7) + 2[(90/360) * 2 * (22/7) * 7] + 7 + 2 * 7 + 2 * 7 + 7 .

→ Perimeter of figure = 42 + 28 + 2[(1/4) * 2 * 22] + 7 + 14 + 14 + 7 .

→ Perimeter of figure = 70 + 2 * 11 + 21 + 21

→ Perimeter of figure = 70 + 22 + 42
