respectively of ∆. Also D and E are the mid points of AP and AQ

respectively if DE = 2.3 cm, then find the length of BC.​

Hence , ∆ABC ~ ∆APQ ~ ∆ADE

Now , by Thales theorum , we have

DE : PQ = 2 : 1

Hence , PQ = 2DE = 2 * 2.3 = 4.6 cm

Similarily , BC = 2PQ = 2 * 4.6 = 9.2 cm

Hence , BC = 9.2 cm
