Given  : In triangle PQR=90°,QT perpendicular to PR

PQ=7cm,QR=24cm and PR=25cm

To Find :  the length of TR is

Solution:

7² + 24² = 25²

=> PQ²  + QR² = PR²

Using Converse of Pythagoras theorem

PQR is right angle triangle at Q

and QT is Perpendicular

ΔQTR ≈ Δ PQR

=> TR/QR  = QR/PR

=>  TR/24  24/25

=>  TR = 23.04

length of TR is 23.04 cm
