In the given figure, PQRS is a parallelogram, Find the value of x and y​

PQRS is a parallelogram.

PQ∥SR and SQ is a transversal.

∴ ∠RSQ=∠PQS [ Alternate angles ]

⇒ 48° =4x

⇒ x= 48°/4

⇒ x=12°

SP∥RQ and SQ is transversal.

∴ ∠PSQ=∠RQS [ Alternate angles ]

⇒ 63°=7y

= 63°/7

⇒ y=9°

∴ The values of x and y are 12° and 9°.
