→Angle ABD=Angle BAC(Given)

→BA=BA(common)

→∆ABD=∆BAC=(AAS)

→and AD=BC (From ∆ABD=∆BAC)

in Triangles ADB & ACB;

  angle ADO = Angle BCO  (Given)

  OD = OC

  OA = OB

Therefore, by SAS Congruency rule, triangles ADB and ACB are congruent and are equal in area
