In triangle PQR,

PQ=PR(given)

PS is the angle bisector of <P

If two sides of a triangle are equal,it is an isosceles triangle.

Triangle PQR is an isosceles triangle.

Consider triangle PRS and PQS,

PQ=PR

<QPS=<RPS

PS=PS (common side)

We know that,if two sides and the included angles of two triangles are equal,then the triangle s are said to be congruent(equal)

Here,two sides and included angle of triangle PRS and PQS are equal

Therefore triangle PRS and PQS are said to be congruent.
