In the given figure, ST parallal to QR. If PS = 4 cm SQ = 6 cm and PT = 2.5 cm. then find TR.

PS = 4cm

SQ = 6cm

PT = 2.5cm

TR = ?

By B.P.T Theorem we know that,

$\frac{AD}{DB} =\frac{AE}{EC}$

Here,

$\begin{gathered}\frac{PS}{SQ} =\frac{PT}{TR} \\\\\frac{4}{6} =\frac{2.5}{TR}\end{gathered}$

TR = 2.5 x 6 / 4 = 15/4 = 3.7

TR = 3.7cm
