In △ABC , AB=AC

⇒∠ABC=∠ACB (Angles opposite to equal sides of triangle are equal)

Let ∠ABC=∠ACB=x

In △BDC , AB=AC

⇒∠DBC=∠DCB (Angles opposite to equal sides of triangle are equal)

Let ∠DBC=∠DCB=y

Now ∠ABD=∠ABC−∠DBC

⇒∠ABD=x−y.......(i)

Also ∠ACD=∠ACB−∠DCB

⇒∠ACD=x−y........(ii)

Dividing (i) by (ii)

⇒∠ABD:∠ACD=1:1
