diameter of the circle=14/2=7cm
radius of each circle=7/2=3.5
area of 1circle=πr^2
=22/7*3.5*3.5
=22/7*12.25
=39.2857
area of 4 circle= 4*39.2857=157.1428
area of shaded region =196-157.1428
=38.8572
