∵ ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral
∴ ∠A+ ∠BCD = 180°
⇒∠BCD= 180-85= 95° 
by linear pair, 
∠BCD +∠FCD =180°
⇒∠FCD = 180 - 95 = 85°=x
∵CDEF is a cyclic quadrilateral,
∴x+y=180°
⇒y=180-85=95°
