AREA OF CIRCLE = \pi r^{2}

bigger circle = 3.14 x 10 x 10 = 3.14 x 100 = 314 cm squared

smaller circle = 3.14 x 4 x 4 = 50.24cm squared

answer = (as told before ) 314 - 50.24 =263.76 cm squared
