Given, set A = {x : x is a multiple of 10} and set B = {10, 15, 20, 25, 30, . . .}

first of all, we have to represent the set A in roaster form:

⇒ Set A = x is a multiple of 10= {10, 20 , 30 ,…}.

And set B ={10, 15, 20, 25, 30, . . .}

concept :- Two set A and B are said to be equal if they have exactly same elements then we say A = B.

As 15 belongs to B but 15 does not belongs to B. Because elements of set A and B do not have same element.

∴ set A≠ set B.

Answer:

A ≠ B

Step-by-step explanation:

********************************

Equal Sets :

If every element in set A belongs

to set B and every element in B

belongs to A . Then A and B

are said to be equal sets and

is written as A = B .

*************************************

Given ,

A = { x:x is a multiple of 10 }

= { 10,20,30,40,50,... }

B = { 10,15,20,25,30, ... }

Here ,

15 does not belongs to set A.

Therefore ,

A ≠ B
