in the given triangle ABC DE || BC if DE=5cm cm BC=8 cm and AD=3.5 then find the length of AB

Answer:

From theles theorem,

DE/BC=AD/AB

5/8=3.5/AB

5AB=28

AB=28/5=5.6cm
