The electronic configuration of Manganese is 1s² 2s² 2p6 3s² 3p6 4s² 3d5

So the electronic arrangements are

K2 L8 M13 N2
ie
the electronic configuration is 2,8,13
So there are 13 electrons in its ground state

So hope u understood
