Dear Student,

Solution of your problem is as follows:

In Figure 1) line three (l3) is transversal of other two lines.

In Figure 2) All lines t,m,n are transversal of other two lines.

As line t intersect m and n
line m intersect t and n and line n intersect t and m.

Extra information:

Transversal: A line which intersects two or more lines at distinct points is called a transversal.

A transversal formed 8 angles with both the line ,4 interior and 4 exterior angles.

If intersecting two lines are parallel then each pair of corresponding angles are equal.

hopefully it helps you.

Hi ,

*********************************************

Any line which intersects two lines in

two distinct points is called a transversal.

***************************************************
Here ,

1 ) l3 is the transversal of l1 and l2 .

( l3 intersecting l1 and l2 at two distinct

points A and B )

*********************************************
2 )
i ) m is a transversal of l and m

( m intersects l and n at two distinct points

Y and Z)

ii ) n is a transversal of l and m

( distinct points are X and Y )

iii ) l is a transversal of m and n .

( Y , X are two distinct points . )

I hope this helps you.
