in the in the figure solid consists of a cylindrical section of length 6.5 metre and surmounted by a cone at one end and a hemisphere at the other end given that common radius is 3.5 CM and total height of a solid is 12.8 CM. find the volume of solid..

Height of core =12.8−6.5−3.5=2.8 cm

Volume =Volume of cone + Volume of Cylinder +Volume of a hemisphere

= 1/3 × 22/7 × (r)² × h + 22/7 × (r)² × h + 2/3× 22/7 × (r)³

= 1/3 × 22/7 × (3.5)²×2.8+22/7×(3.5)²×6.5+2/3×22/7×(3.5)³

=35.93+250.25+89.83

= 376.01 cm³
