In the measuring tapes (sewing tape) 5'9'' is marked as 151cm, while conversion gives 5'9'' to be 175cm, why is the difference in length occuring? And which one is accurate?​

The reason behind the difference in the values => I don't know it.

But I can tell you that the 2nd value is more accurate while the correct value is 175.26.
