Let the number of rows be 'x'.

Given total number of students = 8175.

Given that its arranged in rows to form a perfect square.

Given that 75 students are left out.

Hence, Students in perfect square rows = 8175 - 75 = 8100.

Number of rows = Number of students in each row.

Let the number of students in each row = x.

= > x * x = 8100

= > x^2 = 8100

= > x = 90.

Therefore, the number of students in each row = 90.

Hope this helps!
