LH i.e. Luteinizing Hormone is a hormone produced by both men and women and affects the sex organs i.e. the ovary in the women.


An increase in the LH levels, as diagnosed by urine test, indicates that the woman would start ovulating within a day or two.


FSH levels, on the other hand, indicate the functional condition of the ovaries.


A high level of FSH is indicative of poor fertility, and low ovary function.
