I have added all the available Numbers and saw that the answer comes as 40 ...since 40 is not divisible by 11 ..I added 4 to make it 44 which is the nearest numerical digit to 40 and is the smallest digit which is divisible by 11..

HENCE, 59049674 IS DIVISIBLE BY 11..
