as we know that opposite angles are equal in a parallelogram

hence

∠A=∠C and ∠B=∠D

and also

sum of all angles= 360 degree

hence

A+B+C+D =360

∠A+∠B+∠C+∠D=360

2(∠A+∠B)=360

⇒(x+2x)=180

⇒3x=180

∴x=60
