primary co and secondary coils both are related to each other by magnetic flux.
as flux changes, the current is changed in another one( secondary) and flux is itself changed by ones(primary) current.
eventually primary's current changes then magnetic flux related to other changes and due to coupling changing flux will change current in secondary coil.( Faraday law). and directions of current will be given by Lenz's law.
