In the picture shown below the bulb glows when the iron nail is connected between the two ends of the wire . Answer (i) _________ is a metal .(ii) Metals are good _________ of electricity .(iii) What would you observe if the nail is replaced with a wooden pencil sharpened on both the sides . Why? ​

3- electricity bill be passed away we place a sharpened pencil in the place of iron nail because pencil conduct graphite which is a good conductor of electricity

                iii) If the nail is replaced by a pencil sharpened on both the ends,

                      the bulb will still glow and the circuit will still work because

                       the lead of the pencil is made up of graphite which is a good

                      conductor of electricity.
